At my 54 years, I can recall some of it's other name plates over the decades and when it used to be painted white on black, BTW. This is actually not a boat nor a yacht. But what is it? It is not a ship definetivly, so now I am loosing words....

Looks like a crane of some sort, but might tip if lifting anything really heavy. Considering the background, shallows etc. could it be a dredger?
