Pegelli, that looks like a lot of fun, did you get a chance to try it out? :)

Sletringen, in Ulvesundet just north of Maaloey.

Nordstjernen, just left Sandnessjoen. I guess it is the oldest of the "Hurtigruten"-vessels.

The Norwegian mountains always surprise me: the tree line at sea level

Apart from that: fine pictures

Also seem to get this halos around strong lights, do one get this from not stopping down enough?

You worry too much about the quality of shots you put out here.
WAAAAAY tooo much

I quite agree. The quality of detail stands out a mile.

Here's my only boat photo. An old fishing boat at Dungeness in Kent.

I'm liking this a lot. It's got a timeless quality to it.
There is nothing, absolutely nothing, half so much worth doing, as simply messing about in boats

Unfortunately not. I was there for work and this was taken during a quick walk around during lunch time. No time for entertainment.

Here's a few more from me. I wish I had Captmolo's job though;)

These are from late January 2010 in a very cold Helsinki harbour.

crimemastergogo : very nice picture, I like the contrast between the traditional boat and the modern buildings in the background. There are a few dust spots that the picture could do without though.

See my webpage!
