Penobscot Narrows Bridge Maine

It is the world’s tallest bridge observatory, reaching 440 feet to the top plus another 10 feet for the antenna. It is one of only four bridge observatories in the world, with others located in China, Thailand and Slovakia.

I had crossed over the old span dozens of times and when the new bridge was under construction back in October 2006.

I had no idea they were putting in an observatory... that's great.
