I think you can notice the difference in the Sun from other photos. One can drive all day and still be on that road. This photo is a little bit further down from the other photos. I believe in Europe it may have been possible to traverse 3 different countries in that time.

The point of the photo was: I was going to still be driving in the middle of No where in the quite DARK!

ps, still a pretty straight road

I was driving into and in, CanyonLands National Park, Utah this May and this view came up. I pulled over and took this picture. My pulse quickened slightly in anticipation of what wonders Lay ahead, and there were many

I've mentioned the Pacific Coast Highway often, yes it does have other names
in Santa Monica its: California Hwy 1
El Camino Real
Cabrillo Hwy 1
Route 1
Scenic Hwy
PCH

So I thought I'd show you the road itself, Its not what you might think, then again it may be
Bob J (the World Wanderer) knows it I know for sure, He was on it w me in (the Purple Bullet)!
Its actually not a Grand thing its reputation precedes, but a small 2 lane, lo traffic romantic road,
which is quite interesting because some of the most heavily trafficked highways in America are relatively close.

I cut the road into north and south half around Big Sur. I like the San Francisco to Monterrey part. Has some pleasant straightaways.
Rolling farmlands on one side and the Pacific Ocean on the other, especially nice sunsets, made specifically for photographers

thanks for viewing______Coast
