It seems to be quite stable now, but not everything is working fine yet. The favourite counter is wrong, 1 less than actual favs (I see 7 people faved an image, but the counter says 6) and comments seem to be not working stable, Sometimes I see "xx commented on your image" in the alert box, but then don't see any comments.
Did anyone else notice these or other problems?

As Flickr have said, they would get the basics back on line relatively quickly, as they've done, and some of the other features would follow. Hopefully everything will be full operational very soon, and on a better and more stable platform.
Before the changes I also noticed anomalies between various stats - daily views and favourites were out of whack with all time views. I grabbed some screen shots and sent them to Flickr tech support and they said they would investigate but I never had any proper reply.
Now the whole system has been taken down, transferred and set up again, I noticed my all time views have been adjusted (downwards), so presumably some of those statistical anomalies are now fixed?

I occasionally would get spikes in views... one day, about a month ago, I literally had over 100,000 views

My Flickr stream went through 9m views recently, it is now, post-move, down to 8.275m, so that must reflect an adjustment somewhere.

so, I get a notification at the top (right) of the page that someone's fave'd one of my photos, yet when I go to that picture... under faves... it shows "0"

so I guess it was the first fav, right?! Does it show the name of the user who faved?
As noted above, the counter seems to be off, showing 1 less than actual faves.

And regarding the invisible comments I noticed a strange effect. Yesterday the first and long time invisible comment became visible, after the third comment was entered. And then I tried on a pic for which I got a notification but didn't see a comment. I made a test comment, the just saw that test comment. Then I deleted the test comment and saw the comment from yesterday that was invisible before. Funny effects, but I guess they'll get it fixed after a while.

well, I'm locked out of my Flickr account. Login page keeps telling me my e-mail account or password is invalid. I've reset the password three times with no joy.

Not doing too bad for me. Haven't seen a bad panda for some time.

You were lucky, or didn't use Flickr at the wrong time.
I had nothing but pandas Thursday night.

so... something that's been bugging me about Flickr since they've gone this other direction where they are trying to be... perhaps like Instagram... it's NOT about YOU, but about the people and groups you follow...

So, what I mean about by this is... there was a time when you went to Flickr, you did NOT see all these posts by the people you follow and the groups you belong to... I follow some people who I look up to and perhaps learn or get inspired by... I belong to groups so I can add my photos to their pool... but the problem is, some of these members and groups oftentimes post nudes... I'm a grown adult, no biggie if I was just simply looking at it at home or whatever, but sometimes I want to show people particular pictures of mine that aren't on Instagram, so when I pull out my phone and open the app, there it is... pictures of nude women, right there . Some of you guys may already know, I work part-time at a camera shop, mainly for the discounts, and there ARE times when this happened at work, and then it got awkward...

I really wish Flickr gave you the option, especially with the app so that when you open the app, you're only seeing YOUR photos

Are you pro or not pro?, I'm pro and I don't get nudes from my railroad groups or any other way

You should be able to go into your settings and enable Safe Search On to block the nude shots.
