I trump your 200 - 600 with a 600/f4 as well

Best regards, Neil.

I knew Sony was releasing a 600 f4 for e mount weeks before the announcement when I saw you were selling your minolta 600 f4

Less rich and more enjoy being poor lol? Weíre just moving to E Mount now that the big primes are coming out. It doesnít help that thereís two of us so we need more gear than most. It wonít hurt so much once we sell all the A mount gear. Iíll try to do some comparisons when I get everything and am not so busy in the field!

If your A-mount gear works for you, why are you moving it on?
Miranda F & Sensorex, Sony A58, Nex-6, Dynax 4, 5, 60, 500si/600si/700si/800si, various Sony & Minolta lenses, several Tamrons, lots of MF primes and *far* too many old film cameras . . .

When youíve used the a9 you will understand. Itís af system and FPS is so advanced thereís nothing close to being its equal. As for old Minolta long primes they are great especially for thier age but thier af is slow compared to modern replacements, are much heavier, and exhibit purple fringing. Plus with old Minolta primes if certain parts break thier is no replacement. If My sole income was from photography I would be sporting an a9

I'm eager to see some photos from those that purchase these new lenses.

Adam were you at the Be Alpha event here in SLC?

When I get everything and things calm down I might try to do a comparison between the 100-400, 400 2.8, 200-600, and 600 F4.

I was not, I believe we were in the field.
