Sony 55 zeiss faulty AF

   Hi All, I had a shoot with a group in London last night. (cinematic images etc)
We were all using 50mm primes and I brought my 55 1.8. About an hour in, it started being very noisey but once it got focus it was okay. Towards the end it seemed to get stuck - really loud focusing noise and taking ages to get focus.
I'm hoping someone has experienced this and found a solution? I only bought it second hand in September :(
