I'm guessing you mean a Sony a9ii or a Sony a9R or something ?

Too early for a mark II , and if they have anything else in the pipeline , anyone that knows anything at all , can not and will not say anything .

If something like that is on the way , bearing in mind what Nikon ( and probably Canon ) are up too , Sony might likely keep it under wraps to announce or release when the competition does to steal their thunder .

That is the A7rIII isn't it

What is your question you want to ask?
There is so much technology linked to the sensor, it is IMHO unlikely there will be an A9r within the next couple of years. I guess that is an answer. Both the 20 fps and the E-shutter are part of the sensor, a sensor double its size would be difficult, maybe in a couple of years.

my predictions are for the a9II:

*36MP
*QXD card in slot #1 and UHS-II in slot #2
*better mechanical shutter (the a9 only shoots 5fps with mechanical shutter )
*announcement will be right before the 2020 Tokyo Olympics
