Hi, all:

I heard on cnn.com/tv something like "there is a squeezy line between no boots on Ukraine and providing help...". I understood by 'squeezy line' the commentator meant it is a fuzzy separation, not clear, easy to overcome.

Am I right in that assumption? Did I mishear or misunderstand the word?

Thanks in advance,

I haven't heard squeezy used in a context like that before. I'd expect fuzzy to be used there but perhaps squishy. Squishy has become fairly popular in political speech.

Well, maybe that is what the man said. Maybe I simply mistook it for squezzy. Yes, squishy makes more sense as 'imprecise'.

Pretty sure I misunderstood the word.

Thanks, QuietOC!
