I did a search and couldn't find this theme, so lets see some glass!
Some stained glass examples from the Visitors Center at Blenko Glass, a local handblown glass factory here in WV. More pics later of the glassblowers at work.

kinda felt guilty about putting my initials on these






I thought this was just an abstract until I looked at a thumbnail.

Good idea for a thread ! Two from me from the Notre Dame in Paris.
Handheld/leaning against benches as no tripods allowed. So not "pin sharp", but not noticable on these resized copies. PP limited to levels and some perspective control.

There must certainly be many more pictures of stained glass than the few posted in this thread until now of which the last is already 3 months ago.

So here is a small stained glass window, with an unknown saint, in the old church of Vercorin (Rhone Valley, Switzerland):
