Michael, did you shoot straight and crop off the excessive foreground or apply perspective correction after you shot? |

Sashi, there was no need to crop away anything in the foreground, because I didn't use a wide-angle for this shot, but a 75mm lens instead and zoomed by feet to the correct distance to get the staircase tightly framed. The only minor adjustment needed in pp to get it fully straight was a slight rotation by ~1° to the left (due to unavoidable handheld camera movement when pressing the shutter) and '-2' vertical distortion correction due to perspective.
