Johan Skytte (1577-1645) was a Swedish statesman, the tutor and councillor of King Gustav II Adolf. He was the iniciator of the idea of founding a university in Tartu (Estonia), and since 1632, the first chancellor of the Tartu University. The monument was inaugurated by the Swedish Queen Silvia in 2007 on the occasion of the 375th anniversary of Tartu University. The author of the monument is Tiiu Kirsipuu (Estonia).

Having grown up there, I was never too impressed w The World Trade center, in fact I used to deride them, until after they were gone.
I didn't understand It was the power of the 2 of them, not just 1 that made them special.
Its my understanding the 2 lights represent the 2 fallen Towers.
