Yes, I wasn't so sure about #7 and nearly converted that to B&W as well. The skeins of water make the picture for me, but the composition doesn't sit as comfortable as some of the others. I'm always surprised and what works for others, and it's useful to get these comments. I wanted to get away from the wave-smashing-a-seawall trope (not entirely though, as you have seen) and 8, 13, and 14 appeal to me most.
