Andra langgatan, Gothenburg by Manfred Svärd, on Flickr
"Hela dagen lang" at Andra Langgatan (All Day Long) is a street festival here in Gothenburg. The weather delivered and people was in a carnival mood.
I decided to go hard core and shoot sunny 16 with voigtläder 15/4.5

You just proved the link between Dutch and Swedish: "Hela dagen lang" is about the same as "hele dagen lang"

And a great picture to boot!

Actually, that Swedish word should be written as lång with Å, but for some odd reason this forum software does not seem to like that letter and converts it into A...

Thank you! addy and Hezu!
I don´t really understand why "A" changed to "A" in my post never the less interesting with the Dutch spelling!

As I said, it's this forum software that does this. There is still one way to pass this conversion: using HTML character entities (Å and å).

Manfred,
Great street shot! Love the almost polarised/underexposed rendering. Your main subject and his gesture keep the view wondering whether it's good natured or a tad threatening??
