During the summer, my wife and I cycled from Dresden to Vienna via Prague, Krakow and Bratislava. Most of my photos were taken in the cities, I found it harder in the countryside as there were few places to lean the bikes and generally we wanted to keep going rather than pause for pics. Here are the best of those I did take.

1. Děčín, Czech Republic

2. Wayside church, Czech Republic

3. Roadside gathering, Czech Republic

4. Rest area by a cycle path in Poland, eclipses the poor UK cycling facilities.

5. Slovakia

6. The high Tatras from Zdiar, Slovakia

7. Skok waterfall on a day hike from Strbske Pleso, this is the furthest it was permitted to walk until mid June.

8. The high Tatras and Strbske Pleso lake, Slovakia.

Wow that's ... a heck of a ride.... Did you follow rivers? I guess there are rural roads?

That cycling rest area is science fiction to someone in the United States LOL ....

A variety of road and paths, Paul, full details here. Such rest areas are unknown in UK also, unfortunately.

Wow, those photos look amazing! It must have been quite an adventure cycling through all those cities. I totally get what you mean about the countryside – sometimes you just want to keep the momentum going. Thanks for sharing these snapshots of your journey!

This summer, I had my adventure going to Liverpool. It's a vibrant city with a music history, cool docks, and friendly people everywhere. Walking around Liverpool felt like being in a place where every corner has its own story, especially with all the Beatle's history and stunning architecture.

But getting to and from the airport quickly was crucial for me in Liverpool. I found this cheap airport shuttle services in Liverpool that was a lifesaver. I used 1st Class Chauffeurs, and they were excellent. They always showed up on time and knew their way around, making my trip stress-free. Plus, they were super friendly and made the rides comfortable. It let me enjoy the city's vibe without worrying about the logistics.

Thanks Fred and HBassam, some images from Lebanon would be very welcome here. Liverpool is one of my favourite English cities, so much to see and full of varied photographic possibilities.
