A beautiful day here today which was just screeming for a walk. Decided not to go for the usual walk in the forest around the corner, but a bit further from home in de dunes of Schoorl. That is a beautiful historical nature area, especially this time of year. I hope I can depict that a bit in the series below.

#4

#8

#9

#14

Unfortunatetly the beautiful day was brutally interrupted toward the end of my walk. I got the sad message that a dear colleague had lost the fight against cancer, leaving her husband and two teenagers behind. This last one is for her.

#15

All with A99ii. # 3,4,5,6,9 with Sigma 2.8/105mm EX DG Macro HSM OS. Th rest with 24-70 ZA SSM

Apologies for the lenghty post, but you just keep on shooting there.

Lovely autumn colours and your fungi are showing well, it seems a creature has taken a bite out of the shaggy cap.

Thanks Dena, #4 seems to be the overall favourite. Happy to see it even made it to the weekly exhibition
