Beautiful pastel sunset KoBra64

Here are a couple, "2 for the price of one"
There has been a long standing rivalry between Crater Lake, Oregon and Lake Tahoe, California
as to which Lake has the clearest water, which is the deeper lake and which is the bluest water.
I can't think of a better debate to have.

Another very lucky experience. Me and my close High school buddy, we hadn't met in 20 to 30years, had planed to get together on 4th of July (Independence Day) at a mutual place, Crater Lake Oregon. He and wife were coming down from Washington State and I was coming up from San Francisco, than staying at a B&B.
We both walked up to the B&B counter at the same time and we both started talking like it was only yesterday we had last seen each other 🤷‍♂️

Another "Lucky", the weather was beautiful. Washington, and Oregon are known for a lot of rain!
This shot is a very difficult one, but not for any of the usual reasons

Lake Tahoe sunset, Lake at an extremely low level

still an extremely beautiful place
