We need a starter pic as sunsets are hard to come by where I have been living.

It was nearly sunset at Rossbeigh, Eire earlier this year (September).

I couldn't successfully remove the lens distortion that makes the horizon look a bit wrong. Sorry. There will be better ones to follow...

Oh, go on, then. Here's another.

It's shot from Paradise Island, Bahamas, looking at the link bridges that tie it to New Providence Island. Another 7D shot, taken after imbibing rather too much alcohol but I still like it nevertheless.
