These sunrises are so common here I really should set up my tripod ( if I had one ) This is the view from my front door as I go to work a lot of mornings and was taken on the spur of the moment. Roll on retirement!!

Nice shots here at the start of this thread, very good colors and good use of silhouettes and foreground. I especially like Evgened's shot. Very original way to show a sunset
Mind the bandwidth of others, don't link pictures larger then 1024 wide or 960 pix high, see here
