Another format - I suspect even rarer than AA boxes.

Station platform telephone box - saved in a carriage shed at Didcot.

Winter Lantern Festival at Snug Harbor Cultural Center and Botanic Garden, Staten Island, New York. The phone box (and light posts and everything) is a balloon / Chinese Lantern, and the door on the box opens and people were posing inside.
