Here's a list of Day Prime Days in 2015.
It's a long list but more DPDs are always welcome so please let me know if I missed a day! Please study the list carefully (don't forget your zoom ends like I always do ...) and make a note of the days you are going to participate. The 'Page' column gives the page numbers where you can find the contributions of the Day Prime Day in question (look for the RED Day numbers).

I'm in but have a feeling that Leo will be the main contributor. He seems to have a lens for each day of the year. Have obtained a fair amount of (cheapish) M42 lenses to have more options and most importantly more days. And can we do 400 mm of the past year on day 35?

@ Chris: we have almost a whole year to make Day 360 happen! I don't have one atm and I'm a bit short of cash due to an unforseen acquisition that I hope will be of great use during the darker part of Day Prime.
@ Alec: Is that because the list gets longer or because your collection is growing? @ Paul: A lens for each day of the year is the goal but that may be some time. Looking forward to see your achievements with that 'fair amount of M42 lenses'! |

I now have two 35/1.4s and a 58/1.2, none of which I had in 2014 (or at least in time for their appropriate day). I hope to have a 180 and another 135 sometime this year :)

So what will you do for sub 4mm days? Use a teeny-tiny lens designed for some very small format, or will they be 366mm, etc? |

Ahh but do you know of a 360mm?,we need to find a 59mm to complete week 50 too! That must have been an expensive acquisition.... I may be shooting wide macro early doors, my Nex is up for sale and I doubt I`ll have the funds for the A7 mark 2 in January, more likely February, it depends how sales go.I`m ebaying a variety of bits and bobs this weekend so you never know. |

Day 360 can be an 180mm Macro with 2xTC, for instance... All Dutch dart-fans know that 2x180 is 360! (and 141 left for a nine-darter)

Quit a lot of ALPHA and NEX gear, a nice collection of Sigma lenses, Dynax and M42 stuff, Gitzo's, Visico's and lots of video-equipment

There are 360mm lenses. Most of them are medium or large format, but they're out there. |

I got a €500 discount and it was still expensive but I couldn't resist that 500 'profit'. The new toy should arrive on Monday. Like thornburg says, Day 360 is definitely possible. Day 59 is more of a problem but I'm working on it. I have been on the lookout for a 59mm for quite some time and I now know such a lens exists! But getting one will take some time I fear. |

You know, I find it amazing that a 4.5mm lens has a focusing scale, let alone HSM Autofocus...
