Stepping out of the shadows...
![]() Interestingly enough, this was taken with my 5D by a friend of mine (thanks Juuso!) who had just paid 30 EUR for an old Maxxum 9000 that just happened to come attached to a Minolta 200/2.8, which he wanted to test on a digital body. |

You are kidding, right? Please tell me he did NOT get a 200/2.8 with the 9000 he just paid €30 for. These two were taken by a friend during a studio look'n'feel that we had in our photogroup. The model that we should have used canceled and we turned out to model our selfs. Most made better models that me ;) First one, only one light source, with only the raster(?) on. ![]() The second one were quite fun, and there has been noooooooo NeatImage applied to it ;) ![]() If the 9000+200/2.8 story is true I might put this picture of me in the thread. I would, but my mama told me not to tell lies. While I think the guys at orsm.net will appreciate that picture of yours more than the folks here, the story is indeed true. The lens is not in a very good shape. I think it's actually contacted something sharp and hard more than once since the front element actually has tiny chunks missing. Nevertheless, it still performs admirably for the price. =D |
