I LOVE LOVE LOVE the "High Contrast B&W" mode in our Sony cameras (this was with the a99)

great for street photography... this came out straight from the SD card to Flickr
(fyi, that's Judy Lancaster from Sony HQ/Vancouver, with the QX100 and her Xperia Z)
