Thanks, the area looks familiar, my sister lives in Zoeterwoude Rijndijk so it's entirely possible I saw a scene like that over there. Probably the ones I remember between Rotterdam and Delft are bigger.

From Friday night, after I diverted to Karekare beach because the September floods had still left the road to Wainamu and Te Henga closed.

Karekare Beach

a7Riii with Zeiss Loxia 85/2.4 at f11, ISO 80 and 1/320s. You get a good view of Paratahi Island close to the beach and the cliffs that circle Karekare.

Those of you with an interest in movies, might want to know this is where the 1994 film, The Piano was filmed. Holly Hunter and Anna Paquin won Oscars for their acting, and Jane Campion won the Oscar for writing the screen play.
a7riii- Voigtländer 15/4.5, 110/2.5 M; Zeiss Loxia- 21/2.8, 35/2, 50/2 & 85/2.4, Zeiss Batis- 85/1.8 & 135/2.8; Sony 24-105/4 G; Sigma 70/2.8 M; Tamron 150-500 f5-6.7; Sony SAL 135/2.8 STF
