@jlosinski... Really nice conversion, tones & etc. Good B&W
@straupenieks ... As an experiement worth pursuing! Got everything that a moody B&W needs - only shorfall as greyscale is the big dark hole it creates in the top left corner - you could actually crop down a bit to eliminate most of that. @Serdar... Just personally, I think that treatment suits the violinist well - better than it suits the wedding shots |

Beautiful shot and the mono conversion works well. But my brain can't quite get past the feeling that it's not level and all the water would be flowing to the left. You've got the little waterfalls vertical, but these don't need to be - instead look at the surface of the pools and water around the base of rocks - these should be level. If you agree with me, any chance of re-posting? (between 5 and 6 degrees clockwise looks good to me) Edited by tigertimb - 15 November 2012 at 15:09 |
