Nope, I noticed it too. Nice shot, though.

Hmm. For some reason I was expecting a camera in the next photo, but in an metaphorical fashion I guess it fits.

I had to look up Permutations an Combinations from my Mathematics of a 'few' years back, but I make that 19958400 different permutations of 8 legs and 495 unique combinations of those 8 legs - I think that more than qualifies for having 8 legs in the shot

Actually, that's a cannon, not a canon. Is the qualification met? :p

I suppose any amount totaling 8 legs or greater has 8 legs in it. It wasn't clear whether it was EXACTLY 8 legs or at least 8!

Ok - I found a shot from a wedding that had two canons in it:



Let's leave the theme still on canon, with one of the remaining varieties (i.e. I can think of camera or priest)

There's also "canon" in music (see, Pachelbel), church law, and lists of influential stuff.
