A bit brighter? I think the idea is a really darkened room and the last thing a mice would see.... Besides i think with more light it would take the ominous expression...

Wow! What a difference your pp makes! I like the darkened and frightening version. Like one of the big cats. The original shows a cute and lovable pet.

Larry, The pupils gave you away. In the dark they would be much bigger. The PP'ed image has a ominous quality that works well to convey your intent. Both pictures give the impression that your cat is quite a "mouser".
