I only tested this lens once, at a Sony/Dyxum/Foto Grijpink event a few years ago where you could borrow and test cameras and lenses.

I especially liked the 18-200 at close range, but later got an 18-250 which is said to be a slightly better lens, but I never tested them side-by-side.

@ 200 mm & f8.0 on a KM5D
Mind the bandwidth of others, don't link pictures larger then 1024 wide or 960 pix high, see here
