This is an entrance to atomic bunker built in 70ties of XX century as a shelter for Polish Communist Party Leaders and Military Headquarters in a case of atomic strike from the West. Closed and unused nowadays.

Ahh! I cld see it was ab Asian boy in the image and it felt familiar (the door and sense of abandonment). I lived in Malaya as a child and then Singapore as an adult but actually never got to Penang. I know the southern Malaysian mainland better than the northern. My brother was born in Taiping.
