These are some exemplary images which are shot at a housing estate, built in 1996, called "Nutheschlange" - along the Nuthe river in Potsdam (not the pond depicted in the images). There has been (and is) a lot of controversy about its architecture (architects: Doris and Hinrich Baller - they also designed many details like light fixtures). There are currently plans to tear down parts of it since the costs for its maintenance have skyrocketed.
