We had a beautiful day last Friday, so we decided to visit Charlotte's uptown again. We left our car at the last Blue Line's station than jump into tram and landed in the city center.
As Sashi has mentioned in earlier post there are a plenty of new construction places in uptown. Huge cranes are everywhere helping new sky scrappers touching the sky. Charlotte is incredibly growing. You can see it all around. Also (this is my opinion) this is a city of young people. They are everywhere and I (an old dude) feel younger being between them (lol). So let's continue discovering a beautiful Charlotte. 1. The tram _DSC15571 2. _DSC15572 3. _DSC15578 4. _DSC15580 5. _DSC15587 6. _DSC15647 7. _DSC15654 8. I only know 4&5 so it's a good excuse for me to go for a walk.
Also I've been WFH for close to two years now and the uptown area has undergone some changes during the time I've been away. TFS |

You are saying that Charlotte has grown a lot in these 20 years, Sashi. I was there at the end of 2017 for the first time and then four years later. I saw huge changes there. I would say that Charlotte is most growing city in the US nowadays. And looks nicer and nicer every day. Beautiful photos BTW. TFS. |

Thanks, Mike.
Charlotte has grown a LOT in these 20 yrs. I almost never meet someone who's a native Charlottean. There's fewer trees and people aren't as nice as they used to be. It's gone from a midsize town to a metro area now. People rush past a good bit more than they used to. |
