The AF is as good as any SLT model that preceded it. The sensor array is the same as the APS-C A77, though, so the covered area is smaller.

Sold used a99ii copies on fleabay have been in the $2400-2800 range depending on quality and stuff.

They don't. That price was from six years ago. There are several on eBay right now for under $1600.
