This thread is for posting your photos for Day 20 of the 2018 Oktoberfest challenge.


Rules:


- no talk please, there is a Oktoberfest Talk thread for this purpose,
- each member participating in the 2018 Oktoberfest challenge is allowed to post exactly one photo here
- shots must not be posted here earlier than October 20, but can be posted later
- a title, exif info, purpose and story of the shot, and (a short indication of) your challenge are all good extra info to provide and help others to comment
- if participants would like to show more photos: we have the Oktoberfest Outtakes thread for this purpose
- please remember to start and update your mini-gallery in the Oktoberfest Thumbnail thread
- the general guidelines of the challenge can be found in the Guidelines and FAQ

Today it was raining here! Typically in this area we have only 2-3 events of rain every year, so it is a big excitement. The photo below is when it started dripping, big nice drops. Soon after, almost everyone was outside, but then, in a second, a very strong wind arrived (trees and piles were dropping) and the nice dripping became heavy rain which turned our streets to a raging river. Although it sounds scary, it is part of the rain experience here - when it rains, it rains!
By the way, it does mean that it is cold now... This morning we went to the beach and entered the water, and now I have my AC on...
