Very dark in this church and tripods forbidden (even a church-fund bribe couldn't persuade the guardians). So I decided not to lift the exposure, to keep the atmosphere.

Usually we pick a destination with a good chance on good weather for the summer holidays, so almost automatically South indeed. Fully agree on the higher attractiveness of the church interiors there.
