Hi
I have the NEX6 and was thinking of doing some time lapse movies. I got the dsrldashboard app witch is amazing and was going to buy a dummy battery for the camera.
Unfortunately it seems like the NEX6 doesn't accept wired remote, so I have no way to connect an external intervalometer to the camera. I cannot run the time lapse app at the same time as dsrldashboard.
It's any way around this?

Why do you need to have something other than DslrDashboard running, and why do you need DslrDashboard when you can install the Sony Time-lapse app on your camera?

I just found out after some trial and error that the qDslrDashboard works just fine, no need for remote. This app is way superior to the Sony app. It can do everything automatically even sunrise and sunset with exposure compensation by gps and several other amazing features.
