It must have been a tough job for the judges/voters this week, but a well deserved POTW by Jens_G. Nice to see a good still life again. The beautiful travellogs and Oktoberfest submissionsc are rightfully well presented. Congrats to all

This week seems even better quality than usual. Well done all but especially Jens G.

Delighted to have one of mine included.

An aesthetic masterpiece for POTW, supplemented by the usual high quality array of Dyxum photographic talent, as each and every week.
Under our weekly exhibition rules, only one image can be included from any one member, and therefore many excellent images this week from the Isle of Skye by both @Dopol and @Pegelli were excluded. In case anyone missed these, they can be seen in this thread Mini-meet Pieter and Domien 10 days in Scotland.
Congratulations to all.

Thanks for choosing my violin image as POTW among the fine selection this week :-)

I like all the images, but "Verde" by spotter_84 impressed me the most.

What a perfect PotW this was - I'd missed it during the week but pleased this one made it to the top of the list - it is a great example of good Still Life work - very well done Jens G.

I'm also rather surprised (and pleased!) to see one of mine from the Lake District in here, especially so given the competition from the great work on display from Pieter and Domien from their Skye 'Mini Meet' thread. More to come from that for sure.

Congratulations to all the other 'Mentions' in this weeks Exhibition - it's a great cross-section of work on display and shows not only the diversity of work but also the ability of our Members to 'see' images where others wouldn't.

Well done to all and best regards, Neil.

So many great pictures on display in this weeks PotW exhibition.
And many personal photographic style preferences are in.
The PotW by Jens G, but also nandbytes Kingfisher, Roger's IR, darosa's photo. . to many to mention.

I'm glad (and proud) some of the travelogue shots made it.
Be yourself; everyone else is already taken
