Well done Paul for an excellent PotW (I'm slow in catching up at the moment...!) and also for all the other honorable mentions - so pleased to see a wider selection than normal if I'm honest as it gives a better perspective of the breadth of talent we have on here (and how difficult it makes it for us 'Senior People' to make a judgement on who gets the kudos at the end of each week!)
