No problem to showcase false IR film simulations in here, but the result shown isn't really IR like due to all the green tones still available in the image which is not expected.

But if you want to emulate such an false IR look then instead of using a camera profile (on an unmodified camera) you have to tweak the colour tones via channel mixer and hue/saturation, respectively use Lightroom filter presets instead. There's even an "Infrared" develop preset under "Lightroom B&W Filter Presets" supplied in LR by default.
Normally the IR camera profile only is useful for real modified cameras (with IR filter) where the WB can be below the lower 2000K limit of ACR/LR. And with such profile it is possible to bring the WB slider of such RAW files into the given WB range of ACR/LR again.

Here are some links on false IR creation of a standard camera image via post-processing, which came up after a quick search:

Thanks. The camera is normal, using profile for infrared photography in light room. I really liked two, but I settled on this one. excuse me for my bad english, i use google translator.

Ombre, now this is a very unusual infrared result, not really something I would expect when using a modified camera + IR filter

Did you apply some special post-processing, e.g. colouration? Curious about your process to achieve such IR image
Did you use a standard ILCE-7M2 or a modified model? If the latter, full spectrum or dedicated conversion and what is the cut off point of the IR filter used here then?
/Michael

That's lovely, Michael -- I'll bet it would look very nice in a large print.
