Few that did not make the cut for the August part of this July challenge:

First, the serious contender that would have broken the usual fare of macro shots for D week:

1. Red moon

And then few more macro shots that I ended up cropping a bit:

2. Yet another fly on a flower

3. Bumblebee on a flower

4. Insect (mosquito?) with fancy antenna

All shot with α99 II + Sigma EX 150 mm 1:2.8 APO Macro DG HSM as expected and EXIFs should be still intact.

Week D Day 7 out-take. Another view down the normally traffic-jammed High Street, Armadale this time with a tram and car in the foreground that perhaps makes the image a bit more interesting but doesn't convey the emptiness of our Covid-19 Lock-down like my entry for the day does. Same camera and lens as my daily entry.

First, alternative take on the chosen subject:

1. Bumblebee

And then something else:

2. Two spiders

Both with α99 II + Sigma EX 150 mm 1:2.8 APO Macro DG HSM, sligtly cropped from side(s), EXIFs should be intact.

First, subject I tried on both Monday and Tuesday, but still ended up choosing insects as the official challenge entry...

1. Curved petals I

2. Curved petals II

This morning I did venture on trying to capture some landscape...

3. Last remains of the morning fog

Then some macro stuff from today (cropped to square):

4. Anoplodera rubra

5. Liftoff!

All shot with α99 II + Sigma EX 150 mm 1:2.8 APO Macro DG HSM, the images should have EXIF data intact.
