Thanks. Yes still love my "old" 16-80, which is now on my A77ii. Reliable as the day is long.

This is fantastic. The surroundings have detail, and the people meld into the station (not sure about standing on the tracks though! LOL). I admit I clicked through to see "what lens has that microcontrast" and of course it was the reliable 16-80 (thumbsup)

Białystok Railway Station. Still under construction. Now they're doing underpass and extending a roof over the tracks. More about history of this station in my post on a first page of this thread.

Loughborough Central, now the northern terminus of the Great Central heritage railway.

Yes, that's right. Very intresting. But to see it, you have to go through a terribly complicated procedure. And after all this, the ticket hunt may not go well.

Additionally, during this internet search I found a 1954 film with Marlon Brando - On the Waterfront. The film was shot entirely in Hoboken. I must watch!

What a fabulous station, could be an art gallery, and well photographed. It looks very quiet, empty at first glance before I spotted the man with bag on the left and the horizontal figure on the right.
