Hi,
Maybe someone already know... what is the color space of the viewfinder in this camera?

Good question. I assumed it would be sRGB but it could be arbitrary. It's adjustable and internal only, so why does it matter?

A possible issue is that the LED emission wavelengths of the EVF will be limited, so (for example) the colour space that can be displayed may not go anywhere near the red and green corners (or the blue, for that matter). Printing limits are different again. I gave up trying to get monitors and printers to agree on saturated reds without pink in them.

And if you like to take pictures of flowers as I do, one or other of the RGB channels always saturates unless you take steps to avoid it.

Miranda F & Sensorex, Sony A7Rii, A58, Nex-6, Dynax 4, 5, 60, 500si/600si/700si/800si, various Sony & Minolta lenses, several Tamrons, lots of MF primes and *far* too many old film cameras ...

EVFs seems to have a rather limited gamut. Sony heavily markets how many individual dots and sometimes refresh rates but very little else. I believe Sony makes the OLED panels in their cameras. There must be fuller specifications somewhere. I am sure at best they are sRGB or more properly Rec.709.

I am not sure which camera(s) this one is used in, but it says 110% sRGB. That seems to be the A7SIII/A1 panel.

Here is a Sony webpage about their EVF panels.

The A7RIII probably uses the ECX337A or very similar panel.

Sony do make the OLEDs in their camera and possibly many others I believe. I believe Nikon, panasonic and even Leica possibly buy these from Sony.
