Outtakes from the last 4 days

Day 28: Rob Driessen giving a lecture in "Waanders in de Broeren" (Zwolle) at the occasion of the official launch of my brother's newest book.

A7ii + OM Zuiko 135/2.8 (slightly cropped)

Rob is, as he called it himself, a "VBN-er" (Vaag Bekende Nedelander = Vaguely Famous Dutchman) as the Art-Nouveau/Art Deco specialist of the Dutch TV program "Tussen Kunst en Kitch" where he appraises objects people take to this program. In my brothers new book (partly fiction, but with many true family stories) our grandfather the art-nouveau blacksmith from Rotterdam, is the central figure and Rob is a great admirer of my grandfathers work.

Day 29: A hydrant on the Kalmthoutse Heide, a nature reserve plagued by many forest fires, so a whole firewater grid was constructed there several years ago.

A7Rii + FE28/2

Day 30: A closer look at the pigeon tower in park around House Doorn

A7ii + OM Zuiko 135/2.8

Day 31: More trees in the park around Huis Doorn

A7ii + OM Zuiko 135/2.8
