Just had a closer look at the inter-twined zebras and saw there's actually a third one almost hidden behind, with just its legs, a bit of rump and a tail showing. Never mind, just adds to the interest factor.

Lovely to see.
The two zebras in a tight symmetrical pose, and the giraffes at the waterhole are really special. |

Thank you all!
Next some more, all shot with A9 and Sony 100-400 10 Etosha is well known for their black rhino population and we were thrilled to see them as we hardly ever have seen them before. 11 Red hartebeest taking a stroll 12 Ostrich too 13 Lilac breasted roller 14 Only lion we saw. Not as to be espected early in the morning or evening but around 13 o'clock. 15 Support 16 We drove the Damara Dik-Dik drive and that is what this is, a very tiny antilope, the Damara Dik-Dik. About 40 cm high. 17 18 Klein Namutoni waterhole at sunset 19 Out of sync |

Beautiful images, each and every one. The wildlife shots and those animal portraits in particular. A pleasure to see.
Thanks for posting. |
