wonderful! and excellent pics! (we used to have a huge -well-known- colony for decades, that lived in the industrial part of Vlissingen, until some Einstein suggested to move it. ). urban spoonbills sounds like something new? :) THX for showing us these, looking FW to the next batch! |

They can be seen frequently in the Netherlands, but in certain places only. Their appearance (en nesting) in the city centre is fairly rare and attracted some activity amongst bird watchers. |
