We have been at the Nikon press launch (Richard has been) and in the meantime, Canon chose 6.00am this morning for the UK/Ireland release of the 50D info. My only message from Richard so far has been;

'Bah! D90!'

He was hoping for a D3X and probably reckons the day wasted if it's just another DX format camera. The info is probably embargoed until tomorrow but with dPreview having a pre-production 50D, it will be interesting to see whether they come out with a similar D90 preview.

So it does exist. I am more interested in the D90 as well. I want to see this reported video capability!

How about :
AF adjustment
All lenses or up to 20 individual lenses
+/- 20 steps

That's something I would like in a Sony A70X or Flagship.

Yes, but all the press went to the UK meeting at 1pm today, having already been hit by the Canon release on their desks returning from the bank holiday :-)

Good timing from Canon.

Hell it'd be great if the A900 had video too... But I guess it doesn't fit well with it's 'pro' no snap-up flash image.
