Welcome to the third part of the "Random shots" thread. Previous ones are Post your random shots and Post your random shots II.

Just to recap what this thread is about: there are only a three simple rules that must be fulfilled to post a photo in here:

* The photo you post must be selected from your gallery in a random way (or pseudo-random - if there are some computing purists around ). Use your calculator, or computer to generate some pseudo-random number. Or use dice, or results of your national lottery, or whatever ...

* The first shot selected must be posted, i.e. no cheating is allowed because e.g. "that first photos was so awful",

* No more than one photo per day is allowed.

Of course all are encouraged to comment others work and discuss various aspects of posted photos.

Oh I really liked (and still do) that picture and the title you found!

Here is my random pic for today, not a bird, not a macro for a change!

This is part of the Cuauhtémoc, Sail Training vessel of the Mexican Navy.
Edit: just to be clear and I will state it here, I use a perl script to pick a random picture from my gallery. And I really need to clean up my gallery to remove pics I don't like (anymore I guess), like this one...

A macro shot for today (I have a lot of macros in my gallery - so my random picture has quite some chances to be a macro )
