A really easy home made diy diffuser for the standard popup flash is... an empty teabag. Try different brands to see different results, and choose one that you like best. I like the big and quite loose bags that are not so dense. This really works :)

I've got a Lumiquest "PROMAX" Softbox that I loved to use with my 3200i since it didn't tilt. I use it with my 5D also but not so much. Useful in the studio too. Gave great results and it folds up to almost nothing. Photos if you need them my friend.. Here is my try at building a bounce setup. I used a thin binder cover and just used a little velcro. You'll notice the design is hijacked from the design of the one SIGMA shows on their website. Only took about 10 mins. You can adjust it forward and backward to determine how much flash goes to the ceiling. "The Back" "The Front" "Firmly Velcro'd" I'm going to post this in the DIY section too. I use the Lumiquest Softbox and it really works well. I use it 90% of the time. |

No one uses the Demb Flash Diffuser. I bought one recently and found the effect to be very satisfactory. Only thing is the built quality, especially the black plastic that has to be folded when mounted on the flash and straightened when stored...

I just got the Demb Flip-it Junior with the diffusers. I used it on a shoot on the weekend and it seemed to work well. Build quality seems fine to me too. I'll be storing it on the flash, as the Junior is small enough to do so when folded back. I'm thinking of trying to get a larger 4x4" square of white perspex that I could attach if I ever needed a bigger reflector. I found the tips on the website useful too. |

Hi,
I managed to get a friend of mine to design some flash cards and now I'm helping him to sell them at a very affordable price. Please click on this link to get more information on the cards and some sample shots. iBounce For ordering, you can PM or email me with qty and your mailing address. I've used the light sphere and the omnibounce but they are too bulky to put in my bags all the time. These cards are always in my camera bags. Thanks. |

Google search "eyesthruthelens" for the rest of my photos..
