Hi all
Sometimes I get a US customer who wants a really large print- more than the 64MB limit on Zenfolio. While I can get them printed in NZ and shipped, this adds an extra layer of expense. It's not cheap sending a tube-protected large print, with customs declarations etc, to, well, anywhere from NZ. Plus it also takes a lot longer. Can anyone recommend a good US printer to deal with instead? Preferably one open to foreign clients from time to time, and able to make large prints to send direct to US. B |

Contact richmondcamera.com. I used to work there when I lived in Virginia. Always trusted their lab. They print up to 30" x 40", and mail across the US. They're generally open for customer service between 8am to 5pm, EST, although those hours may be less in today's business. They primarily serve wedding, sports and event photographers, and they list all their services on the website.

I never head back from them.
Fwiw, I ended up using Pikto in Canada. They provided an option for a 72"wide print on art paper and could ship to the US as well as Canada. |

I have a similar problem. I want to send a wall calendar to a friend in the US. I looked at https://www.pikto.com/us/ but they only have calendar cards. What I am looking for, is a spiral bound wall calendar with a width of approximately 50cm / 20" or larger. Any recommendations for a company with quality and affordable prices?
I found some companies on the internet, but thy just offer a type of calendars that have a nearly squared format of the photos. What I am looking for, is a calendar in landscape format with an aspect ratio of 3:2, 16:9 or similar, that mainly shows the photo and only a small edge with the calendar days. Maybe that is not common in the USA. What I mean, is a calendar like this: Calendar European style Edited by travelshots - 26 January 2021 at 12:12 |

Have you tried contacting someone like tee-spring (or similar). The t-shirt printing company. These places are 'international' but print/post locally I think. Some of them have other things (like mugs and mouse mats). Not sure what quality prints they produce though. Some of them might have a side business of actual art quality prints. They will likely be using the same equipment in each location.

Partial. The term "Top Hanging Calendar" describes what I am looking for, but they seem to be only available in portrait orientation, not in landscape.
Thank you for the link to Adorama, I previously thought that they were only selling gear. |
