We continue our meanderings on Day 7; from Hickman bridge back to the main part of the NP then on to The Grand Wash - basically a significant stream bed that is dry almost all year but which links the two sides of the park from the public highway one side and the Scenic Byway from the visitor centre on the other. The pick out from this walk is the traversing of 'the narrows' - which will be self evident...

So many more images taken here but this is a small subset of them; I will share randomly across the coming months I suspect.

Thanks for looking (indulging me?) and comments are, of course, always welcome.

Best regards, Neil.

Neil, thank you for indulging us with another wonderful set of colours, forms and textures. I suspect I am not the only person to have updated their future travel wish lists after viewing your images. I really enjoyed all images and note that #5 makes a fine abstract, well seen!
C & C always welcome

Fascinating structures and colors, Neil!

I am particularly taken by #7 and #12 - and their transition into the field of abstraction.

But #14 triggers the thought that many of the images in this set might profit from a conversion to b/w.

Great work, again - thank you!

James - If you are indeed adding these to a 'wish list' then keep the paper and pen handy....

Harald - yes; in fact, I have had to slow the processing of images down from one location as that fact dawned on me from one specific location; in fact, conversion to B&W creates a whole new atmosphere for some locations and is definitely now much higher on my awareness of how to look at some of these images.

Thanks again and best regards, Neil
