Views from a recent trip to Lone Pine CA. I have never seen mountains clearly everyday. They are breath taking.

#3 - Awed as well - those rays are always spectacular, infrequent, but spectacular. The dirt in the foreground is distracting to this wonderful scene. Maybe crop it so only green shows at the bottom and make a great shot even greater. Just an idea.

Well I tried several things What do you think of this version? I darkened all but sky and tops of mountains and added a little more crop. I think the sage/tumbleweeds are less distracting now. redo 1) [IMG] ![]() |
